Dr. Meredith Trump is a licensed naturopathic physician who aims to optimize ones health through an individualized treatment approach utilizing a wide range of modalities. Her areas of passion include IV therapy, mental health management, botanical medicine, bio-therapeutic drainage, homeopathy and lifestyle interventions. 

She graduated with her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and completed a 3-year post-graduate CNME approved residency through her alma matter. Prior to graduate school, Dr. Trump received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Sports Science-Exercise Physiology in 2008 from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City.

Dr. Trump’s clinical training includes extensive experience in IV therapy, mental health management and establishing strong foundations of health to provide adjunctive support for chronic disease states. During her residency, she completed an 18-month rotation at Pacific University which focused on management of mental health conditions with both conventional and naturopathic interventions, a 12-month mentorship in IV therapy specifically regarding environmental toxicity, a 12-month mentorship focused on the use of bio-therapeutic drainage and an additional 12-month mentorship utilizing low dose herbal preparations to support a return to homeostasis. She has a passion for all modalities that naturopathic medicine offers and enjoys focusing on the foundational aspects of naturopathic medicine including diet, lifestyle, sleep and stress management.  

As a student, Dr. Trump served as President of Naturopaths Without Boarders NUNM chapter. She attended, organized and helped fundraise for numerous global health trips for NUNM students. She participated in a student brigade to India for 3 weeks and also an additional brigade to Haiti for 1 week. These diverse experiences highlighted the powerful role that naturopathic medicine can play on a global scale.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Trump serves as adjunct clinical and academic faculty at NUNM. She also works as a prescribing physician for The DBT Clinic, PC in Portland, OR.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Trump enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, photography and spending time with her husband and two sons.
